Stephen Williams
Chairman
Stephen has been a practicing lawyer for over 35 years and is an experienced public company director. He is a Senior Partner at Kemp Strang Lawyers where he has been practicing commercial and corporate law since 1993. Stephen is also Chairman and Non-Executive Director of Coffey International, a mining and engineering company and is a Non-Executive Director of Prime Ag Limited.
Ryan Mount
Chief Executive Officer and Director
Ryan was appointed to the board in March 2009 where he lead a critical restructure of Axiom’s operations which saw the company re listed on the ASX and gained control of its assets. He introduced capital to fund the company’s operations and in June 2010 Ryan accepted the boards offer of CEO.
Jack McCarthy
Chief Geologist and Director
Jack has 36 years of international mineral exploration and mining experience involving project initiation to mine development. He has been a director of Axiom since 1996 where he led teams in locating and developing many of Axiom’s current projects.
Neil Stuart
Independent and Non-Executive Director
Neil has been a Director since February 2009 where he brings a vast amount of expertise and experience to the board. He discovered some world class deposits currently owned by Andean Resources and Orocobre Limited. He is currently a Director of Orocobre Limited, Elementos Limited and is Chairman of Bowen Energy.
Jeff Carter
CFO
Jeff is a chartered accountant who has been a CFO of ASX listed companies for the past 10 years, he has been a Finance Executive at Coca Cola and Santos Limited and is currently a Director of Unilife Corporation. He was appointed of CFO of Axiom in June 2010 as part of the new management team.
